Made the drive from Fremont last night and wish we had stayed Local! Fries were cold, burgers weren't hot, service was slow and drinks were wrong! Not worth the 75 bucks!!!! Horrible This Red Robin needs help from upper management!!!! I have been going to Red Robin for over 20 years and know how things should be! Pleasanton RR you failed! We need our Red Robin back!

h o r r i b l e & d i r t y branch of the chain!!!...where do i start??...hostess was MIA...nowhere on the quite empty floor...this is an hr & a half before closing...we stood around waiting to be seated...a staff member said that she'll try to find her...came back empty...meanwhile, the bartender said that it's open seating in his section...which we knew, but preferred the dining room this time...so, waited lil longer...the original girl ended up seating us 5mins later......Continue Reading
