Thank you for recognizing teachers with a complimentary meal! It was wonderful.
They were not busy and it took 2.5 hrs from start to finish. Most of the time spent waiting! Never going back!
After waiting 1 hour 15 minutes for our order.... every fry was barely warm and so was the food! You need more cooks in the kitchen and more waiters on the floor .....ridiculous! Last time I was there at the Pleasanton Red Robin few weeks ago same thing but yesterday (Sunday) was way worse and doubt if I ever will return!
I almost never write reviews, so with that being said... The restaurant was dirty from the time we arrived until the time we left! There were more tables with dirty dishes on them than not. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about clearing the tables either. The only reason I stayed to eat was because my little ones were starving. The food was decent, and our server tried his best to offer good service. The appearance of the restaurant left a bad taste in my mouth and an unpleasant impression.
