We went to the Pleasanton restaurant yesterday about 10 minutes after they opened. I had to use the restroom and it was filthy. Two toilets were clogged with paper and you can tell that it had not been cleaned prior to opening for the day. When my food arrived the French fries were cold and soggy. The lettuce on my hamburger was wilted and old. The window blinds behind my husband had food stuck on them. It was gross. Having said all of that the server was very nice and attentive. I wish I had gotten his name.
burgers were burnt and server was forgetting alot of items to bring out including food and side orders and the restaurant was not busy.. just not what i expected from this restaurant ive gone to other locations and got the great food and service this location is a no go for me
Eveytime my hubby and I go there we always get great customer service and the food is amazing
We love Red Robin. Tried the A I Peppercorn one and it was awesome.
Went at peak lunchtime hour and food and service was excellent.
They have very good burgers.
