I love Red Robin hamburgers! But It takes to long for a waiter/waitress to take our order. Every time me and my family go there we have to wait about 20 minutes before the server shows up. Were hungry, and then another 20 to 25 minutes before our food arrives. Then once were served it takes a long time to refill our fries and drinks. More time to get our boxes and check. Love coming here because it's good food and good service. But today service was awful! Took them 20 min to get me a refill. We asked for fries as soon as our food came and we never got them. Finally we just paid and left. My wife and kids never got drink refills.
Worst Service, waited 5 minutes to get seated at a table for 3. Waited 20 minutes for the server to take drink orders. Another 15 minutes for food order, we got our drinks seconds before our food came, food was cold, and my burger had cheese on it only, server never came back to table, so no bottomless fries. I would have understood if they were a little busy.
Yesterday we stopped by on our way home from my daughter's competition in Hayward to get "VERY BAD SERVICE" our drinks were horrible and no refills. Then they came to finally take our order. Our food wasn't how we ordered!! Took a bite and looked around for waiter to come to get us to go boxes. No one was around and mind you there were only 4 other tables with peep at the restaurant so Idk how they could not tend the tables. Finally 10 minutes later we go boxes, paid and left. The servers are over task with more people, they forget you needed more water or beverages, extra napkins or your food is already getting cold and at times when ask for well done you get the burger like well medium or less and raw....i enjoyed going in the begining and would of rated it a 5 star. Overall the food is still good...
It took us 13 minutes to get service after MULTIPLE servers walked by, but not your table not your problem? We finally got a server after my husband reminded the host stand we were there. Our server was actually quite pleasant & on top if it after that. But, the manager never even came over to apologize. On top of that the place was FILTHY.
