Service was slow. Took over an hour for our food. Ordered unlimited root beer floats and we had 1 in that hour... just not a good experience.
If you like waiting all day for your food and your bottomless fries and drinks.
Waiteres admited to who ever gets the most votes for customer service gets some kind of prize. Let’s iust say everyone was super friendly and attentive. Should be this way with or without a contest
The fires were cold, there were tables that didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there. Their kiosk system sucks. I paid the bill and then the waitress came back and said the Manger said we had to pay an additional 8.22! WTF!! I use to enjoy the Manteca location but whoever is running it now is doing a terrible job.
Our waitress was so nice and got our drinks to us really quickly and put our food order in quick so we could make it to our movie in time! She was the best I wish I could remember her name 😭

Great service Brittany was awesome, great food, and as always a great atmosphere.
Slow inattentive wait staff. Can't get the orders right and 45 minute wait for Water!! To top it off the waiter we had the other night made a joke about my special needs son's weight we will not be going back
Very long wait time. Server takes forever to come ask you if you are ready to order. Then you don’t see them until 30 minutes later when you get your food. The you don’t even get utensils. They forget to make sure your drinks are filled and forget trying to get more fries. When you order food there now you are lucky to get 6 fries with your meal. When I asked for more fries which I usually don’t do but since there were literally 6 fries with my meal I thought maybe the refill would be better. Nope there were about 10 fries. ... read more
