Mediocre burger at best server tried but service was slow and every other batch and f fries was cold even though they were " just waiting on the fries to get done " every time. I will not go out of my way to go back as I watched the overall service and it is subpar and that is about the highest rating I will give them. P.s. Their gourmet burgers must be for people who are starving to death I found nothing gourmet about them other than some fancy name upon which they did not deliver
Loved the great food we had, Fish & Chips, Cheeseburger and ice teas. For dessert we had the Mud pie, everything was delicious and the service was great. We will be back
the service was terrible. We ordered the wrong item so they took it back and said they would be back with more fries and they never came. Then we ordered another items to replace the wrong one we ordered and we told the waitress no cheese and when we got the burger it had cheese on it. The words out of the waitresses bath was oh well better next time instead of trying to accommodate us. Food took too long and the place is looking bad inside. The seats are all ripped up.They need to fix the place up and hire more people.
Ordered our burgers with pink. They were well done. Then there were a lot of flies too. Probably the last time we'll eat there.
On Friday 7/21 The food was best I've had at Red Robin. Drinks were very good as well. Service was better than previous experiences
Service has really went down. We tried it one more time, no more from us. Onion rings cold. We used to like garlic fries, they never could get them crispy, mostly cold. The one in Tracy is even worse. The one time we went there the server gave us menus. He disappeared & after 20 minutes we saw him in kitchen flirting with the girls. We walked out. Quality of food has really went down. Too bad, we used to like them. If we want to eat out, we'll go some place else.
The Royale burger was great except the bacon wasn't The best, The waitress was really very attentive and nice.
