First of all the only reason that I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the food was great, the service on the other hand wasn't all that great. We spilt a drink on the table & the waitress cleaned it up but did not offer to get another drink, then when she was refilling our sodas she spilled it on the table and walked away with no intention of cleaning it up. Horrible! We went at 9:45pm on Saturday night (05/12/18) for a late night before mothers day dinner. Our waitress was horrible! She was very short with us and very rushing. As soon as we sat down she immediately asked what we wanted to drink, and she had our drinks out within a minute and slammed them on the table and asked if we knew what we wanted....of course we didn't right off the bat. The order was wrong, but instead of remaking the whole thing they took it in the kitchen, remade one burger and brought the other one back with congealed cheese and cold meat.
Burgers were great, but the to-go “monster” shakes were small.
Thunder Beach weekend....business was busy but we were seated promptly & our server, Keenan, was a pure delight. For a group of 10 - all orders were correct and Keenan kept the glasses full.
Awful experience. I contacted corporate office with a full complaint. The service was terrible, they were out of angus burgers....at a burger restaurant. They were out of avocado before dinner time, the strawberries for the freckled lemonade were frozen. No one including the hostess or server thought to mention this prior to seating us or ordering. This location is a joke. Complete and utter incompetence from staff and management. Don’t waste your money or time at this location.
