We were there at 1:30 for late lunch. It ended as an early dinner because the service was sooo slow.

Restaurant wasn't just in disarray, but actually dirty. Ladies room no handtowels. Spills all over the floors, food & paper napkin/straw paper all over tables & floor. Fries were cold. Burger was ok, but not best. Waiter not good at all. Should have had my birthday burger but waiter argued I didn't complete reward club online but I did. Offered 2 show my DL as proof of b'day. NOPE. Hostesses seemed to be having their own party & acted non-chalant. LEFT VERY DISSATISFIED...
FIX THE HOTLINE. IT DOESN’T WORK! At least tonight...
