The floor was so greasy by the tables you couldn't walk safely to the bathroom or out of the restaurant. The waitress acted as if she had plans to be some place else besides work wasn't very friendly. I asked for no tomatoes on my cheese hamburger and it came out with two on it. I ordered the garlic and herb fries they came out cold. The waitress put in another order of fries for everyone at the table without any of us asking for another order. By far this was the worst experience I have ever had at red robin.
Wouldn't even give this place one star. We ate here last Saturday on our first day of vacation and 5 out of the 9 of us ended up with terrible food poisoning. When we went to the doctor they informed us several more came in after eating there. It completely ruined our vacation.

Will not be coming back. It was terrible service and food. Had to wait over 50 minuets to get an over cooked burger. The waiter was on a different planet I think😳. Very dirty. The floors looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in a while. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and sadly I’m a local😞
The food was really good but the service was extremely slow! We ate there twice while in town & both times the service was not very good! The second time the server was at least pleasant! The bathrooms, however, were awful! Very nasty, didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned!!
There needs to be locals prices because having to pay more money just because I live here and we have tourists is stupid I will not be back here again
Waitress was very nice! Had a mix up on one of our orders and both the waitress and manager apologized and the food was out almost immediately after. Food was great!!
Long wait for service, asked for mustard, server couldn't find any, bought me mustard packs instead.
Came here over the weekend while I was on vacation and the service was terrible. Didn’t get our drinks refilled. Didn’t get our appetizer until after the burgers came out. Food came out and we didn’t get the right burgers. I needed a knife to cut the burger in half and he brought a fork.. never checked on us after the food came besides when he brought the check which was very shady he said we didn’t get charged for a burger because he didn’t understand the bill but when I read the bill I think we were over charged.
