We went this past weekend on a trip to visit family. It was 20 minutes before close so I placed my order to go. I had to change my order 3 times bc they didn't have the items. Then I get home to find that my son's whole kids meal is missing. My husband & I also had our burgers backwards. So I called, spoke with the manager? (Scott) and I payed cash so they couldn't do anything. But promised to email a gift card so we could come back. Haven't heard a thing since. Definitely won't be back and would NOT recommend it. I would give less than one star if I could. The hostess was rude and at first refused to put our name on the list for a table. Then when they did put our name on the list, we were never contacted saying a table was ready.
It was good, just not a fan of their sweet tea because it was watered down.
The food was awful!! Worst food I’ve had in awhile. Wont be back
We actually just finished eating here. Shaun was our server and it was the greatest experience we have had in a long time. He knows customer service. The fact that we were eating on the patio with our dogs didn't bother him. He was on top of his game and made sure we were set with everything! We'll be back for sure! Kudos on top notch customer service!
I'm sorry other's had a bad time. The food was great. The service was spot on. They made us feel special!
Our server was great! She got us everything we asked for. Food was good and cooked just how we asked. Plus tea is super sweet just the way we like it �
Keenan was my server and he made the whole experience with it. give him a raise!!!
