Giving it two stars because I've always had extremely nice servers. Food is mediocre and took forever to get just two adult entrees and one children's meal out. I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and it was.. bland. I had to order a side of Caesar dressing because the amount already mixed in was not enough. Also, no croutons? And the lemon wedge was TINY. I knew there was a reason I rarely come here.
We had a decent size group, 5 adults, 4 kids under 8yo and a teen. Logan was SUPERB!! She we SO in top of things! She started us out with beverage orders, brought fries without us even asking (SOOO helpful with kiddos after a long day outing,) noticed necessary refills, and split the checks without a problem. I'd go back just to have her service. 5 stars for her! 4 total only cause, well it's Red Robin food, good, but not anything over the top.
After being seated we had no water, server or anything for 15 min and watched as the table sat near us at the same time had finished their appetizers. We got up and found a manager. He did not offer to make things right or apologize, only offered staffing excuses.
five stars.......love the shakes and the dgb burgers......and of course the fries
You have serious issues with racial discrimination amongst your staff and it needs to stop.
