I stop in once a month for takeout and always have a cold IPA while I wait. Nicole is the sweetest and most attentive bartender. Tonight on a busy Friday night she made the time to talk to me and I didn't feel alone sitting at the bar. When I got home my wings and pickle chips were perfect as always! Love this location always a Five star experience, actually Six !
Worst experience. Wanted a to-go order. Asked to go to the other end of restaurant. Waited for assistance. None came. Hunted down someone and they told me to go back to same place and wait for help. Put down menu. Walked out. Disappointed. Will be sharing my experience with friends.
Usually a great place to eat but when it's crowded the service suffers greatly. Also, the little machines on the table where you can pay your bill haven't worked the last three times I was in. Fix them or get rid of them. They waste a lot of time.
I ordered a Shirley Temple with no cherry....I have to ask the wait person that we were so cramped and needed a bigger booth . She finally let us moved to a bigger booth. I have to ask the wait person the bottomless fries that they advertise. We usually patronize Red Robin but service seems to be going down under.
