We had the prime rib dip for the first time, and it was not good !! The bread was so burnt , I had to send it back. By the time it came, the person I was with , had already finished eatting. The flavor was there, but the bread was way to soft. It was very soggy,because if it. Why don't you use a French bread or something harder that what is being used. It is way to soft to dip it. Very disappointed, as we eat here alot !
Usually I have no problem with Red Robin in my area, but this dining experience was a bit lacking. The food was excellent but the service was very slow and we went during a not so busy time. We also were really disappointed in the rootbeer floats as they are usually great. These had a very small dollop of ice cream and the rootbeer settled about halfway down the glass. The BEST Red Robin's EVER. Had a wonderful experience. Friendly fast service. Wish I lived closer to go to this one. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank You so much!! Can't remember our waitresses name but she was amazing. Offered our son a different flavor drink to try and he loved it better then what he ordered. 👍🏽👍🏽❤️❤️
We celebrated my grandson's 3rd birthday and had a wonderful time. I'm confident that RR is making a change for the good; at least at the Northgate location because they have a new manager named Tim who makes it a point to turn things around for a positive experience!
