Sunday about 12:45 PM we arrived, four people, we walked through the whole restaurant from the mall side to the host station. Along the way no one greeted us. We waited at the host station long enough for 3 people to use the restroom and for a line to form behind us. We left. No one spoke to us on the way out. The previous time we were at R.R. we had to flag down a server because no one took our order. The table next to us did the same. Service has gone downhill.
The bathroom was disgusting! Garbages over flowed. The floors were sticky! That means dried urine! Gross. That doesn't happen in one day. I judge the kitchen by the bathroom. I hope I don't get sick. I asked to speak to the manager but he was too busy. You're never too busy to talk to a customer! Our waitress was good and so was the food though.
Place was busy so we expected a little of a wait, but we sat in the bar where it’s open seating, ordered right away and it took FOREVER to get our food. It had to take at least an hour and half to 2 hours. Food came dry like it had been sitting there. We listened to people come in for pick up orders all night, complaining how long things took. Found glass in m good and was treated with nothing but disrespect
Past 2 times I've been here have had to wait almost a half hour before anyone served us anything... And got MY order wrong, didn't want to wait so just ate the food �
Had the worst experience here today. The people who do the seating were extremely rude and sitting people who came in after we did. We waited 30 minutes just to end up in the bar. While the bar staff was amazing it did not make up for how rude we were treated by the host. He talked down to me as if I was stupid and mumbled under his breath about me. Please do something about your hosting staff
I made an online order for three burgers and extra fries. First problem? We did not get any extra fries, we actually got less than when you dine in. The biggest issue I had was that I ordered extra avocado on my burger and they charged me for it, but didn’t put it on my burger! I know it’s only $1.39 but I still paid for it and expected to get it. Lastly, do not order the crispy fries. They are just the regular fries but burned.
