Worst costumer service by far!!! Why have an online order system if it doesn't work and why is there a call center now and no a direct line to the store and no accountability when the system isn't working...just a I don't know � from them. I'm friggin Hangry!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!

This is such a strange location. When you enter from the mall entrance, there is no sign or anything to tell you that you are supposed to walk to the other end of the restaurant to the “main” entrance to be seated. When you ask why this is so, the employees look annoyed and say, “because most people enter from there.” That is unless you’re coming from the actual mall!
we were seated in no man's area at northgate red robin. we got are appetizers after main meal served. Had to ask for drink refills. I think our server overwhelmed. had large groups at a couple of tables. she was very nice and friendly but runner who brought our food very rude and could care less if we got our appetizers. I don't think we will be going to the northgate red robin again. such a shame we have been going to this red robin for over 25 years.
If you’re on lunch break, don’t try the Northgate location. Been burned twice now. The lunch staff are just not switched on to people having just one hour break. We were 15 minutes before we were asked what food we wanted. Told the server our time was limited. We were polite but it seemed like she did this on purpose, she chatted with every table in our section before putting our order in. One table she chatted about Dairy Queen ice cream for 5 minutes. Having Delfino as our server worth the 40 minute wait. He was so friendly, helpful and very pleasant to talk with and we’re looking forward to sit in his area next time. He’s exceptional customer service skills were amazing. He deserves a raise!
My son that is 9 burger was raw in the middle for the 2nd time even after I told them to make sure it’s not
