I decided to go to Red Robin in Lacey for my birthday burger 🍔 today. I have had good food at every Red Robin I have been to expect the one in Lacey. The last 5 times I have been there they have served me an under cooked burger. So I think they have to be better. But NO! I look down after one bite and it is totally raw on the inside. I don’t understand why they want to serve me raw meat. My wife’s burger was fine. 6 Times is too many! #redrobinlacey no more!
Terrible service. Dirty dishes, no napkins, screwed up our orders and a family member has bad food allergies. And the waitresss was super rude. Never going back to this location.
Our hostess was nice, but then failed to check up on us. My water did not get refilled until it had been empty for a while. We were never offered more bottomless fries and even asked for some and did not get them. The food was good, but the service was lacking. I will not be visiting again any time soon.
The server was great was great but I ordered the whiskey river chicken no mayo and I got no lettuce tomatoes, small burnt like onion strips very little. Never had bad food so I am not so happy .
Food was good. Service was decent. Hate all the tv's everywhere. I'm there for dinner not sports....
Love Red Robin. Joe likes the Tavern burger & I like the crispy chicken tender salad with camp fire sauce.
