Service was poor, burger was poor, ordered appetizers never got them, called for our waitress she took her time getting back to us ran out of beer had to sit and wait with no beer!

Burgers were awesome and cooked well like I requested, steak fries were very good, and the tower of onion rings was excellent! Great service too!
How are you going to be out of blur cheese crumbles for 1 month.
We messed up on our to go order and they fixed it all and made sure everything was correct. The best customer service I have received in a restaurant setting! My family was really happy. Thank you!

Food was good, my order was supposed to have onion straws on it & my sweet potatoe fries were cold. Also It was my birthday burger & no one offered me my free sundae ! I had to ask for it! All visits to the other Red Robin in town are wonderful! This one this visit not so much!
Horrible! We called the day before to ask about our party of 13. We were told no reservations but to arrive 20 min early to make sure we could get our 4pm time. We get here and we are told an hour to an hour and s half wait. No apologies. Not sincere. Rude service. Do not waste your time. Don't make plans to go here!!
