We usually get excellent service. They have changed the way items are ordered and the poor server is paying the price. You now have the server put in the order and someone from the kitchen supposedly brings it out. Problem is the server has no idea if and when items actually get delivered. We had to ask for items multiple times and still poor service. This was clearly not the servers fault as she was busy trying to fix all the mistakes. It’s a great place. The wait was a little much in my opinion but the crew I was with wasn’t worried about the time. We got really good service and sat outsides. We got our fries when we needed them and she was on it with the drinks! Good spot! 8-9/10
