Service was ok, they messed up my dates food. They forgot to bring me sauces they asked if I wanted. Here is the main reason for the 2 star rating. Red Robin had chalk boards for kids to place with. Some of the boards were blank slates some have games printed on them, like hang man. At first look I thought it might be a bad idea, because someone could leave offense note for the next person. Service was OK, however used to pay between $8- $9 for my burger, now it is $10.39+tax. My fries tasted like they had been sitting there for some time. They were quick to bring me more. I think I will just go to Van's for my burger and fry fix, and next time the granddaughters call, it will be Chipolte unless it is a Thurs-Sat! Then it will definitely be Van's Burgers!!!!!!!
My sandwich was ok, but my husbands was not. He got a chicken teriyaki sandwich. Yes, there was chicken, but it was microscopic in size. He told the waitress who replied "sorry." At this time he only had a bite so she could clearly see what he was talking about. She offered no solution. Really bad that you leave hungry!! Do not think we will be back!
I went their yesterday with my friend and her daughter the food was good except the fries were cold and when she got the bill she was supposed to get half off the one Burger when you purchase one at full price well when she went to pay it charged her full price when she put her phone number in so the manager had to come over and fix it so she end up getting the one Burger free but it still was a pain she had to wait for them to make it right
There were 6 of us in our group. The waiter was very attentive. We had two boys in our group, 5 and 7 years old. They had very specific food requests and they were served quickly and graciously. It was a busy night but our food and drinks arrived quickly and everything was delicious.
Great place. Employees super friendly..and manager was excellent. Will definitely go back.
The staff are always friendly and food is delicious!!
