We stopped in for dinner, had no complaints about food but after a 15 minute wait to be seated, we ordered drinks to include a milk for my 1 year old son. It arrived in a glass, we were told there were not any more cups and lids in the store. We then got our food, which was very good however no utensils or napkins. We were told they had nothing clean and we're given little packets of plastic forks and such. Had our server not offered a desert on the house I would have been quite mad. Just the place to eat a burger and have a birthday party
Horrible service. It took about 15 mins just for a hostess to ask what we wanted to drink, which I had to repeat to her three times. It took an extra 10-15mins for someone to get our food order and after waiting another 10-15 mins for the food it was ALL wrong. We will NEVER eat here again! No one even had the decency to apologize!
Called in an order...had to repeat it 3 times...had hubby pick it up...opened the box and EVRYTHING was wrong...right down to the dipping sauce...burgers had NO FLAVOR....will not go or call back...lesson learned.
Wow.. Usually friendly service.. No one wanted to help.. Sat in bar for over 10 minutes with 5 other people.. Didn't even get greeted. Everyone was too task orientated, even the manager walked by twice without acknowledgment.. Must be the sunshine and people are grumpy to be inside.
I ordered the Chicken Ensenada. I was about half way done eating one of the chicken breasts when I discovered it was completely raw on the inside. The manager came over and said "we removed it from your bill". Golly gee, thanks for making me not pay for the raw chicken you served me. I'm sure I'll be thanking you for my salmonella poisoning later too. Worst customer service ever. I'll never be going there again. Make sure to inspect your food before eating!
This is the first time I have been to this location and was far from impressed with service. Took them almost 45 minutes to bring out our food since the moment we ordered because they mixed up the tickets. Then when the food came out, they screwed up my order and I asked to send it back. I do however appreciate the staff owning up to their mistakes and management being generous and paid for the order. I ate there once when they opened and wasnt impressed. Way to many seats for such a tiny place. Now I hear about how you cheated all those kids out of Christmas after promising to be there for them!!?!!!? You should be ashamed if yourselves!!!!
