Food was good. Service was slow. Prices are reasonable. Place is loud.
I've attempted to get in touch with customer service but only get an automated message and no reply. I would like to know why my credit card was charged twice (with the tip charged twice as well) when I was in your store last week. I'm pretty sure this is considered theft so you'd think someone would have responded to me by now. PM me if you have any questions (or if you even read these reviews) but I'd like to get this settled.
It gave me horrible food poisoning the service was all over but at my table got my daughter's order wrong
Cafeteria style seating and I am sure they are violating the maximum occupancy as there is no way my family could have escaped during an emergency! Food was good but that’s it.
Horrible place. No help to my friend who’s son left his iPad behind on accident. He is non verbal and uses this ipad for communication. Have some compassion and do something!!!! No one eat at this Red Robin until something is done.
