I had a hamburger. None of the tables were cleaned. The manager was loud and bossy, barking orders to the staff while sitting at the table behind ours. We only went because we got a gift card for Christmas.
Went to Red Robin on Cooper Point Road in Olympia, WA. I ordered a bowl clam chowder and got 1/2 a bowl and it was cold. Never going back again.
The service was great even though it took about 20 minutes to get seated, the food always yummy! The garlic fries amazing!
We came in for my friends birthday dinner on the 23rd! We were seated quickly and the food was amazing! Shout out to our server Sean, he did great!
We went before the dinner rush, (got there right around 5 in a Friday night) wasn't very busy. Let's just say, we've had faster service, hotter and better food when the place is packed. Our last few trips have been disappointing from what used to be our favorite place. Slow service, took forever to get waters, food and our checks. And all the food was cold. Don't think we'll be going back.
We came in to watch the Seahawks game and have dinner. The food was fine. But our waitress was a little rude. I told her multiple times that I was taking it slow and watching the game. Every 5 minutes she kept asking if I was done yet and brought the check when without asking. Rushing us out. When I decided to order a drink even after we had paid for our meal she ROLLED GET EYES. It she was very unpleasant.
