We had a great time the food and the service was great.
Went to dinner with friends, and I haven't been to a Red Robin in years, our waitress, Rainbow Bright/Rainbow Dash I forgot her real name, named for her colorful rainbow hair was such a sweet and fun waitress, the atmosphere was ok, crowded and noisy, we were a lot of the noise though. :-) seating areas could be further apart, and the tortilla soup was too cheesy but all in all a great time was had by us all, the other 4 in our group were happy with their burgers.
It was Very good food but not so good waiting 45min for a table.
Poor service and everyone of our party of 6 had problems with our meal. Love Red Robin but this location was a BIG disappointment.
RED ROBIN IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES TO EAT. THIS EVENING WAS BUSY AS USUAL, AND THAT'S GREAT. I THOUGHT OUR SERVER COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT MORE TENTATIVE AND NOT USE THE WORD "WE" (MY HUSBAND AND ME) WHEN REFERRING TO THOSE OF US AT THE TABLE. OUR TABLE WAS NEARLY CLEARED, AND WE WERE OBVIOUSLY FINISHED EATING WHEN OUR SERVER ASKED MY HUSBAND THE FIRST AND ONL TIME IF HE WANTED MORE WATER. OVER ALL NOT A REAL BIG DEAL.
This is the first time we had a bad meal. Both burgers ordered were under cooked. The fish and chips were cold. Fries underdone. Fish chewie. Good service, just bad food.
