It definitely wasn't the greatest service I had set in a bar had to wait for the bartender to finish making drinks and then she kind of rushed me will definitely consider going to the one in Lakewood next time
We all had a great time and a great meal .it was great to visit with Jessica even thou she was busy, since she has been back service has been excellent glad to see it running better than ever. Our waiter Kevin was wonderful and happy to help with everything.
Wasn't too impressed with the hamburger I have eaten a lot of hamburger places and I really think Red Wagon hamburgers are so much bigger and better way better in flavor everything is freshly cooked and they and you get a lot of it and I think $15 for a hamburger is way too much for a burger what a profit
Honestly the burger we had me and my hubby didn't care for it but the waiter never stopped to see if we were enjoying our meal. .there were a bunch of let downs in our dinner service...im also a server so auto fail
It was my birthday I had signed up for the VIP Red Robin free burger ahead of time. Our server didn't take it off the bill at first. Didn't ask if we wanted desert and didn't even tell me Happy Birthday. :( My friend is from Oklahoma and this was her first time not a great impression. My burger and fries were good. They were very busy, but when I pick a restaurant to send my special day it would just be nice to feel special there.
Our server Sean was the bomb! Great food and only a 15 min wait. The ladies bathroom garbage was over flowing and not enough stalls for their foot traffic. Overall it was great!
Food was fine we had marco polo burgers fries and mojitos serve was fine restrooms were filthy reported to hostess desk they seamed noncelant then reported this issue to our waitress and again fell on deaf ears.
