Best Red Robin around! Always consistent, burgers are delicious, great service! I recommend asking my for campfire sauce every time! We often travel to Olympia from our planet at least once a nepton which to humans typically equals once every thirty days. Called from across the street to ask the hospitality team how long is the wait time for 30 people, we are across the street.. Response "not allowed to tell you tpu have to walk in and ask" 30 people srove across the street.. I go in and said I just called how long is the wait.. AN HOUR AND A HALF! Common sense please.Rudest greeter ever!
Nothing like waiting an hour and a half to get your food. No one bothered to tell us why our food was taking so long. The manager was absolutely no help also. We will never return
I come often and tonight it's the "Insane Romaine" salad. Occasionally I actually have something good for my diabetes.
Took my family out to eat last night and the service was awful. We ordered 4 meals and after waiting for a very long time when the food was delivered it was cold. I didn't want to make a scene we were very Hungry so we just ate it. The people behind us were served raw chicken and they were compt. Their meal. Today we are all sick with stomach issues. We have been going to this location for over 10 years,Never going back there again.
I will never go to any Red Robin again. You treat your employees bad. Fight for great employees! Customers lie!
