Good food, great service. The reason for only 2 stars was the price of Ice tea (almost 3.00) and the little pay at the table, order appetizers and play games machine cost me 1.99 on my receipt. It says gaming. No where on the machine did i see anything about 1.99 to play trivia for,maybe 5 mins. and our server did not bother to tell us there was a fee, only how wonderful and accommodating the little machine was. So needless to say I will probably not go back anytime soon. And I will make sure to warn my friends.
-5 stars...worst service ever! 45 minutes to get food. When we got it, it literally cold. I get busy and it taking a while to get food due to a busy kitchen...but cold food is all about bad service.

One of our worst experiences here, food took forever. When we finally did get it my husband's burger was way under cooked, my daughters spaghetti looked & tasted like it had been prepared hours before. Milkshake took almost 15 min to make? Not happy at all!
I always have wonderful servers and fantastic food when I go to this red robin.
