Tonight my son ordered the Taco Tavern Burger, minus the bun in a wrap. “You mean a burrito?” Asked our great waitress. Thanks for a fun silly night at Red Robin. Yummmm
Food was awesome! But took forever for the server to even acknowledge our existence. She helped two tables who came in after us..we sat there for about 20 minutes before she came to the table.
Ever since they moves the to-go orders from the bar to the front desk wait times have increased drastically. Even calling ahead doesn't matter.
Got dinner to go tonight. It was 20min late being ready and when my daughter got it home the kids meal for my hungry 4yo wasn't even there. Had to stop and cook her dinner before I could eat. Super frustrating. After spending $80 on a meal and to not even get all the food.
So we are here sitting at the bar and we just sat down and got our menus, when our waitress Julie asked what do we want to drink and not even 2 seconds to give her an answer she's like um ok so water ok water with attitude and shook her head rudely. She then went up to one of her co workers and started talking crap about us. I have never experienced this kinda behavior at this place.
