I haven't been there for awhile it was super busy and the waiter was awesome never forgot about us.
The food is great but I feel like the endless fries is a lie. We ended up leaving before we got extra cries because it was taking forever. It's not the first time either.
I wouldn’t rate it a one star!!!! I have went time and time again bc it’s close and my kids love it! Today was last straw our waitress was beyond disappointment and she wasn’t even busy! So many open tables and to get shitty service for no reason come on! All we wanted was boxes to go!!!!
Standing there 16Apr at 2000 (ticket 30127) and person after person is helped and I’m STILL standing there in line... in (military) uniform. Am I DEAD that you can help others and apparently you don’t see me? We usually have issue at Red Robin because my husband allergic to mayo. They usually don't listen and it cause my husband to be sick. But this time around it was good. Our waitress was very attentive to what we order and no mayo for my husband. The food was good. I have only two complaints the food portions are getting smaller and the manager who was working wore way to much perfume. It was way overpowering and you actually taste in your mouth. So frusterating. Never a good experience. Either the service is horrible or the food is wrong. Take out service is worse. The online ordering system has major issues but calling on the phone and dealing with the to go person since they moved it out of the bar is horrific... and thats being nice. Ive called complained vented to the manager and I get, we will try to fix that.... how long does it take. Id rather drive to the one at southhill mall then deal with this location.
Just wanted to give a shout out to one of the servers, Eric, who was working when we came in tonight. He was not our waiter, but after we were seated, he approached our table noticing my son was wearing a monster truck shirt. He told us he keeps a few hot wheels with him and likes to give them out to the little guys who come in wearing car/truck shirts. He gave my son 2 new cars and a high five. Just thought it was above and beyond kind and kept my little guy busy while we waited for our food! Thank you Eric!
I'm usually pretty pleased with Red Robin, for the first time I ordered pickup, I didn't think I'd have to order extra fries since my plate is overfull when I dine in, apparently take out is the opposite...it won't let me attach a photo so I'll drop that in the comments....
