super slow service took forever to get our fries and water decided to stick to applebees
My daughter got food poisoning here last night!!!!! my husband and I ate there with my daughter and grandson last night. the service was TERRIBLE ,we didn't even receive our drinks until after our appetizer and dinner came. but the worst part is our stomachs all felt like we ate rocks afterwards and my daughter has been up since 2 AM puking her guts out. She had the avocabo salad. DONT EAT HERE.
We love Red Robin and ordered through Door dash for the first time , not even an hour ago and my lettuce bacon cheeseburger was burnt 🤦🏽♀️ worst ever I couldn’t even finish my food. We will not be ordering from this Red Robin again.
improve your service, having a server tell the customer that all they do now is take orders, they don't know how long it will be on refills is not good. don't take 20 minutes to get fries and almost 10 minutes for a drink
Every batch of fries we got were dripping in grease🤮. They didn't have any forks. After about 30 min I asked someone.. Do you have any forks yet? Staff said..im not sure... And just walked away. My waitress was great!!! Obviously very busy... But great. Thank you Jennifer
