We ordered extra fries! This is what they gave us. Hard overcooked cold crappy fries and no second order. We also ordered a shake and wanted all of our shake. How in the restaurant they bring the rest of the shake from the metal cup to you. We asked the extra be poured in a second cup. They refused!! I know an employee enjoyed the rest of my $6.99 shake!!! The portions are small. The to go food is left overs and cold and hard and customer service doesn't exist!! Would you pay $10.49 for this???
Long wait for no good reason. server was nice but food wasn't good. just disappointing.
I do not generally leave reviews but The service was AWFUL! It took 45 min to receive our order on a super slow night. They claimed it was shift change yet we were there at 8pm so I’m not sure who is starting a shift at 8 on a weeknight. We ordered a simple salad, kids burger and a soup. The soup was cold, chicken breast was cold and the fries were hard. I complained to the manager and she acted like it was no big deal. Recommendedawesome food and awesome service! kaila was our server and she was awesome! my boyfriend isn't a fan of red robin in general but we went to get my free birthday burger and even he liked everything👍
Excellent fish and chips
Very poor service and the food was way too spicy.
Called in an order for pick up. I didn’t appreciate being called “young lady” in a snarky tone. The gentleman was obviously annoyed by having to take our order. Our food was brought out to us in a dirty storage tote, we received maybe 8 fries each, as the server was putting the dirty tote on the ground after bagging our food I had to point out to her that she hadn’t bagged our dipping sauces, and we were not given our son’s drink.
