we were in tonight and u weren't that busy we got and finished our appetizer, then got our food before we got our drinks and the only reason why we got our drinks was because I asked for them. I've never been to a restaurant where I didn't get my drinks before my food

Busy place, so instead of waiting in the front lobby, my son & I ate at the bar for immediate seating. The waitress was very attentive & checked back w/us to make sure all was well.

Great food and customer service is outstanding. You get bottomless fries and the margaritas are very good.
I usually like Red Robin, never really had a problem dining in. However, each time we have delivery, they barely put any fries with order. For them to be known as "bottomless fries" and to only receive 10 fries for a side order is pathetic! Obviously your delivery customers can't ask for a refill, so it would be nice if you'd actually put a decent amount with the order. Very disappointed with delivery service.
