The "Billion Dollar Baby" Burger was loaded with a greasy over fried potato cake that saturated the bun with grease. Garlic fries were very greasy and the crispy chicken sandwiches had no flavor. The waitress took forever to get drink refills and additional fries to the table...to the point we were finishing up our meals when they arrived. Not the Ted Robin experience I'm accustomed to. Will likely consider another restaurant for out next family night out.
Went there to just eat has the day was long already with my family. My daughters food and mine came out cold but the rest of my families was fine. Had to wait 20 minutes for a peach tea that my daughter ordered while the italian sodas and alchole beverages came out in fine amount of time.did not get comptes for the food that was cold and never even got the water we asked for either. This location 3 times now has let us down we came in last Friday to enjoy my birthday burger and a 20$ e gift card from the last mess up and both of our burgers were undercooked to us we asked for well done no pink and they were pink our server was nowhere to be found I had to get up and find the manager they remade mine then when they brought mine they realized I said my husbands was wrong too. We asked some server that came by... not ours for a refill he disappears finally after 10 more mins I get up find the manager again... read more
We went there to celebrate my husband and sister-in-law birthday service was amazing was super busy that as it always is on a Saturday night we had a short wait the server was amazing I highly recommend this location
I'm actually surprised to read some of the other reviews. Our waiter was not only friendly and personable he was also quick and attentive. He recommended a fantastic burger and a yummy drink from the bar. He also made sure to replenish the fries when I said mine were cold!!! Fun night and a great experience!!! Will be back again soon!!!
