The burger was average. Nothing special. Very over priced. Especially when the selling point is bottomless fries but your waitress never bothers to refill your fries or come back to your table. Absolutely terrible wait staff. Didn't leave a tip. Save yourself the time and trouble. Go next door to Cheddars it's just a little more expensive for something other then a burger and the food and service is much better!!
Excellent service we have had the server before and he was on the top of his game kept our drinks full the only thing that was disappointing was that they did away with my seafood scatter but the fish and shrimp was excellent I just miss my clam strips .
I love Red Robin's Bleu Burger. Not being a fan of onion straws, I order it with red/purple onion. It's a little bit messy but so good!

We were told we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated but the place was more than half empty. When we were seated, most all the tables needed to be bussed. I was disappointed to see how they seemed to be going downhill. Honestly will prob never go back.
Fast, friendly staff and awesome food! Kyle is terrific and knew what I wanted before I asked.
Love the burgers. Not sure who to say our server was but we were taken care of.
The device was great & the food was awesome. The kids enjoyed their food & loved the bottomless fries. We don't live in Springfield, we live 2 hours away, but we will definitely be back. Yummmmm!!!
The food was delicious and the service was great as always.
