We are regulars at this Red Robin location. Ryan has waited on us since we started going there a couple years ago. We have to eat GF and Ryan is excellent in making sure our food is prepared for properly. He is friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients. The food is always delicious and the environment is clean. We usually only go on Saturdays because we know Ryan will be working and our dining experience will be above and beyond. We had a wonderful experience at Red Robin. Our waiter was Ryan, and he did an excellent job! I had the Chili Chili Cheeseburger and my husband had the Fish and Chips. We were both extremely satisfied. Everything tasted great and got to us in a timely manner. I had also ordered a "Sand in your Shorts" and Ryan doubled as our bartender and a fantastic one at that! Couldn't have been happier. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Normally I would have loved my experience but they just were not on top of their game tonight. A limited staff contributed to the unclean atmosphere as there were at least 10 tables that were needing bussed for over 30 minutes. They were not that busy but when asked for fries we were told it would be at least a fifteen minute wait as they only had 2 cooks tonight. I enjoyed my expirence at Red Robin in Springfield mo it was fun the waiter I had was upbeat and exciting. Best experience I've had at a restaurant with my grandma.
Good food, clean place. They were very unorganized trying to find us a seat when we arrived and it took longer than normal for someone to take our order and were then overly attentive asking if i liked my food before i even took a bite then disappeared again. Luckily I was able to pay the bill using the tablet!
