We have been there several times and it just seems like it's getting worse each time. We were forgotten about at least 3 times in our visit. We were randomly given a new waiter because he was "double booked" and we waited over 20 minutes to place an order. Our appetizer came right before our food because they forgot to put it in. The waitress who replaced him was nice but the service was extremely slow. Anything we asked for we waited a long time and they weren't even busy. Just not impressed at all. Took my kids here for my birthday lunch. We hadn't been here in a while and I forgot how delicious your hamburgers are! My cheeseburger was wonderful! Plus our server was excellent! She was very attentive and even asked if we wanted more fries even though we hadn't eaten what we had. Excellent!
We drove 5 hours to pick up our grandson for Christmas, and stoped to rest and supper, we were greeted by the hostess and seated, the waiter and staff were great, our order was cooked just fine, had a Great Time! MERRY CHRISTMAS and thanks!!
It had been a while since we were at Red Robin and I'm so glad we changed our plans to stop there. My Bleu Ribbon burger was wonderful and the fries were fresh and crisp. Can't be beat!
I watched our food die in the window for five minutes before our server noticed it was there. My wife got the wrong thing, my fries were cold, and my hamburger was dry and tasteless. Probably not going back. Thirty five dollars for a garbage dining experience. I only wish o could give them a zero star rating. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and don't eat here.
