Our visit was AWFUL from the very beginning.. we were sat at a dirty table, was given a dirty fork, burgers made wrong, my burger was pressed so much while being cooked it was crumbling. Then when I asked to speak with a manager one never came.. Just got told “The cooks new” by our waitress. I’ve never had this awful of an experience before..
RecommendedThe first night my husband and I have gone out for dinner since our son was born and our server Drake asked about the bracelets on our wrists. We told him we have a baby in the NICU. Not 5 minutes later Justin the manager comes to our table and tells us that he is taking care of our dinner. The generosity and kindness that we have experienced from not only our family and friends, but from complete strangers over the last 4 days is unbelieveable. Thank you will never be enough.

I am a customer and a Doordash driver so I end up at the restaurant quite a bit. Tonight I picked up an order and was working with Victoria who is an excellent employee with her work ethic and friendly personality. It is honestly refreshing seeing someone who is great and their job and enjoy it.

I have only ate there one time but I have ate it another Red Robins in Olathe Kansas and they have very good burgers and I love their steak fries
