We love Red Robin and enjoyed our server! I am gluten free for health reasons and they have a lot of choices for me!!!!! We go there often.
Worst service ever! Lots if female waitresses sitting around talking while our waiter was the only one taking care of all the tables. Took 20 mins for anyone to get our drink order and seriously 2.99$ for a drink! Ridiculously outrageous! We will never again go to this location. It was filthy dirty. We could look in the cracks of the tables and see food and trash. Nasty.
Very disappointed. $12 for a tiny burger? I ordered the A1 steak sauce burger, I did not even taste a hint of A1. Supposed to have thick cut peppercorn bacon, what a joke, looked like cheap bacon thrown in a deep fryer. Fries...you get more in a small order at McDonald's, and they were not hot. I understand you get all you can eat fries but....we ate only half of our burgers, but that is because we were starving. The burger was horrible, waitress asked me if I wanted pink or no pink and I said no pink, did not realize that that meant it was going to be burnt. Was a complete disappointment! I will give them five stars on their french fries and milkshake though.
