Service was good food was not fries were old and cold, my fish was cold. The girls said burgers were good.
Fabulous! My first experience, I wasn't impressed. My husband LOVES Red Robin and wanted it last night for dinner. So I humored him and decided to give it another try. I'm so glad I did! It was fantastic! Will be back in the future! :D
The burger was fantastic and so were the fries! Really enjoyed my lunch! The service was great!

I used to love going to Red Robin when I lived on the East Coast because of the excellent customer service and fun atmosphere but the one here in Springfield... not so much. Horrible customer service, everyone was busy checking there phones, there's a good chance I will not be returning.
Burger was mediocre but the service was awesome. From the moment I walked into the door until I was seated. I set in the bar area and Courtney was my waitress. She was great!
