I absolutely hated it! Worst dining experience. Service was poor. Manager was little to no help. Fries were cold. Ran out of drinks. My child's birthday was ignored despite numerous reminders and the many other kids who were sang to and celebrated. Took 8 attempts for the bill to come correctly. The manager argued with us about our loyalty cards. It took an additional 30 minutes just to pay! It was pathetic and Red Robin should be embarrassed! As a parent I am furious! We will not be back anytime soon.
Ugh sad to see the quality of food has gone, newly redesigned sign and interior with escalated prices, poor and slow service when it was not even busy.... Paid $14 for a premium burger and could of had two fantastic Culver's and would have gone home happy instead I paid almost $5 for the famous freckled lemonade that was watered down and had a few horrible tasting frozen strawberries in it.... Another one bites the dust, goodbye Red Robin, nice knowing ya...
On 10/16/14 19:30 my family sat with our arms on a sticky table surrounded by 5+ unbussed tables for 10+ minutes without even getting water. We left. No one noticed. Swift corrective action needed. [Springfield Mo location]
Overpriced
Not too shabby! Always have great service and food at this location.
My family ate there but we don't live in Springfield. We paid quite a bit of money to get the hepatitis shots because we are not able to get to Springfield for the free shots. How can I get my money reimbursed now?
One of the cleanest and safest companies I have ever worked for! And the general manager, is one of the most dedicated to making sure her team is one of the cleanest and safest for their guest! Props to her. She never misses a beat and despite what anyone thinks, these type of situations are horrible but at the same time can not be controlled since she is merely in control of all sanitation habits for 8 hours.
