Food was great as always but our waitress Grace at the East side of Madison Red Robin was awesome!!
Our first time & definitely will go back! Staff was very nice & waitress was always checking on us. The place was very busy but still got our food in a timely manner! Food was great!

Be sure to check your Togo order before you leave. Order two burgers, the one one top looked decent, but one on bottom had like 5 fries and some scrap pieces. Of course, I'm already home. Not cool Red Robin. Not cool.
This is/was our monthly visit. Yesterday was the worst it has ever been. Our waitress took our order, brought our drinks and that is the last we saw of her until it was time to go. At that time she quickly gave us to go containers and said to pay on the Ziosk. Other servers brought us refills, asked if we wanted more fries. The food was dry and the buns were hard. I would have asked to speak to management, but staff was to busy talking to each other.
