Very great food but our waitress was told that we needed silverware and ended up not getting it for us. So my mom ended up going to the kitchen and asking for silverware. But otherwise was good.
Went to try and eat at 2440 E Springs Dr, Madison, WI 53704. Horrible customer service. My family of five where seated after waiting 5 minutes for a seat. We then waited another 25 additional minutes without anyone asking us if we wanted a drink. We decided to leave, and eat elsewhere. I seen people get served as soon as they where seated,but not us. Me and my wife usually eat at Red Robin with no issues. Now I am anxious about ever eating here again.
My first visit to Red Robin may be my last. Sat at the table 30 mins. Nobody asked for drinks. 3 waitstaff looked at us a bunch of times. 2 tables sat after us got their orders taken and appetizers. Yes we pushed the call waitstaff button twice too We got up and left. Went to Popeye's instead. Visited the main website and left a much longer and more detailed description. Needless to say, drove 10 minutes to Popeye's and had much better, friendlier service.
Should take care of customers instead of worrying about singing happy birthday. Lead by the manger who should be fired.
I went in tonight mainly for the Irish beer shake... let's just say it went downhill fast. our server was the best part of the visit and he wasn't spectacular. the shake I was craving was mediocre at best. way too runny. burger was decent, but too much sauce covering the meat. my mother couldn't taste the bacon on hers and it was a plain bacon cheeseburger. And then the fries...seriously?! I didnt know fries got THAT limp. I had 2 crispy ones and they were they tiny ends. I can make my own shakes from now on guys. definitely... read more
RecommendedLettuce wraps and all you can eat broccoli! For someone who does not eat bread, or French fries I love going to Red Robin. Any burger can be made as a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Broccoli can be substituted for fries.
It was my first time going to a RR. My friend and her mother asked for small things and, one you could call a mistake. But when you see and hearths cook bang his head on the counter and everyone in the bar and dining room and here it. Then something needs to be done.
As a vegan it’s very hard to find a place with many food options...tried you vegan burger option for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. Thank you for adding this to your menu 👍🏼
I always like to go to Red Robin. The food is great and we had good service.
