our server was amazing. food was great.
my burger was perfect and totally hit the spot. the server was attentive and took great care of us.

At its best this store competes very well. This place is very rarely at its best. One thing is for sure. You district, area, or regional managers should be let go. Get off your laptops and put down your taste testing of fries. I could physically scrape ten (5) buckets of filth from lights, fans, booths and window sills. Your store is dirty. Other people see it dirty too. How can you make a review on something that is saturated with grime?
Food was unimpressive. Waitress was not friendly. General cleanliness of restaurant was not good, bathrooms were worse. Waitresses were sitting at a table in dining room rolling silverware. One was playing with her hair then went back to touching silverware without washing her hands. A group of servers was standing near our table complaining about the shift. Even if the food was good I wouldn’t go back

Just an overall great place to Eat,Drink and to be naturally happy doing so.
