First off, our server was amazing. She did everything she could to make our visit there good. The problem was the kitchen. Sent out burgers that were wrong. Didn't follow instructions on what should have been added or taken off. Not cooked correctly. Sent out horribly burnt sweet potato fries. The server we had made sure everything was corrected and brought back out fresh. But it completely tarnished Red Robin for me. Soup was cold sent back. Everyone in are party was done. When the soup was brought
First time eating at a Red Robin (had a gift card). My Avo Cobb Salad was nicely presented, but within 15 minutes I was sick to my stomach. My companions hamburger was fine, but the bun was stale. The unlimited fries were doled out sparingly. Had to wave the waiter down to request soda refill and get a few additional fries. Not worth a return trip.
