Worst bathroom conditions I've seen. Did tell a waitress, but it wasn't addressed by the time we left, which was over an hour. Made me wonder what the kitchen condition was like. Very dissappointed.
I walked in, asked to place an order to go, placed my order and was out the door in about 20 minutes. The server who took my order was very polite and the dining room looked very busy so I was surprised I received my order so fast. Food was good...first time at Red Robin and I'd go back again.
After we were told 10 min wait, we watched the cluster of others waiting and not calling the right names. Finally sat and waited 15 and finally pressed the call server button. The waitress that took our order was snippy with us since we were not her table. Food was cold when it was finally served without napkins or utensils. When we asked if we could order more fries, received about 10 fries and again cold. Thaaaaaank you for adding the vegan/veggie burger to your menu!!! It tastes Amazing, and so few places care to do this!! You guys are now one of my new favorite places �� The non vegans in my life are equally as happy, everybody wins!! �
If I could give this location lower then one star I would. By far the worse service I’ve ever had. Also the food was comparable to dog shit. It’s been over a year since I was last in a Red Robin’s so who knows they could of improved. I tipped my waiter 80 cents on a $99 dollar bill. If you’re reading this I hope you quit your job cause you fucking blew at it. Worse service I ever had.
I always get the Reds big tavern burger. And I always love it! Yum!
I love Red Robin, but this was the worst experience ever. Restaurant was very dirty, (bathroom, floors and even the table we were at wasn’t clean). The food was very dry and the service was horrible. Got our appetizers then our food and that was the last we saw our server until about 20 minutes after we were done eating waiting for our bill so we could pay and leave, had to flag down another server just to get ours so we could get the bill.
