Awesome burgers! I loved the boneless teriyaki chicken �
First time for grandsons. They loved! Hear burgers and fries. Dessert was awesome too.
Fresh fruit needs work. Looked and tasted canned. ??
Just had the most amazing lunch there. The waitress was also amazing.
Worse expierence ever!!!! Soda was terrible cause its out. Asked for stuff not on my food and you can tell they wiped it off seems how they forgot some on the bun and plate. Serve is trying to wipe stuff off at our table so she can leave. And they dont even close for another hour!!!
Read to the end. We did NOT have a very pleasant experience on 3/26/17 at the East Madison, WI location. However, Brian the manager took ownership and addressed the issue(s) and thanks to him I would give Red Robin another try. Brian went above and beyond - he truly impressed us. Watch out Red Robin management.....someone might come along and snatch him away from you!
