We went Red Robinin Madison yesterday we had great service and the food was awesome. The staff was very friendly and willing to help folks. This was my first time there and I'll becoming back to eat, Wausau has a new Red Robin near where I live and I will be there soon.
Went there for my sons bday lunch. Had no silverware or napkins. Had to ask for a refill on our drinks. Asked for plates for the birthday cake and got one completely disgusting with food still caked on it. Asked for a manager got the normal I'm sorry. But here's two appetizers free when you spend more money with us..... kind of like a slap in the face. Probably won't be going to that location anytime soon.

We came from Watertown for my son's 21st birthday. They sang to him. It was awesome.
We go there about once a month. The food is always awesome and that's why we keep coming back. We really like the new renovations that they did too! But this last time we were in a booth next to the kitchen and could hear everything. I would maybe ask the employees to maybe scale back on select words when having a conversation with another employee. It didn't bother us as much but, to another family it could be offensive or distasteful mannerism in the work place.
