My buddy and I came in to get some burgers, we get seated and we wait. And wait. And wait. Some other people get seated across from us, and they order. And we wait. And we wait. Absolutely terrible waiting almost 15 min before we gave up and left. Incompetence at its best.
Best experience ever. Service was excellent. Food was delicious.
The food was good but I had no service. I had to get up and go find a waiter to get my drink refilled.
So.. I was at Red Robin by on East Springs Blvd. yesterday.. my first time here, second time ever. They where so busy and took longer than planned to bring my food out, so the manager kindly apologized for the inconvenience and told me he was going to apply a discount... LORD, when I looked at this screen I couldn't believe my eyes! My total came to $1.56!! There are still some good people in the world.
