My fiancé visited this Red Robin location tonight, but that's about it...we had a very friendly lady seat us, we sat for about fifteen minutes while three different servers walked past us and two of them cleaned other tables...another table was seated well after us and had drinks and we're putting in a food order...we decided to leave, the nice lady at the front who sat is originally was nice and wanted us to stay but it was after 7:30pm and we just didn't want to deal with it, so sorry to her for leaving, but the rest of th... read more

I went to my favorite Cracker Barrel tonight and they told me my favorite waiter, Ross, left and went to work for you!!!! Give him back!!! We go out of our way to go to the Madison Cracker Barrel to get Ross's excellent customer service!!! You are lucky you got him but PLEASE tell him to come back! He was our favorite waiter!!!!!
Autumn is THE BEST! Great recommendations, great food, great service! Will definitely be back!
