Food was ok, and service was fair. But I hate that you have to wait a long time to get your food. Also I requested a takeout box before paying, but never receive it. After waiting for more the 15 minutes I had to stand up and look for someone to give me the takeout box. Also there is a 1.99 charge for the “entertainment fee” which it was my fault for not looking, and letting my baby used the tablet.
Always have great food and service at Red Robin! Best burgers in town!

Took forever for our waitress to come by and take drink orders yesterday afternoon. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. It was disappointing because it was not busy at all. I was super excited to try the Garlic Herb fries, but they were cold and gross.
Love this restaurant! My favorite is the Burning love. I usually get the burger but tried the grilled chicken and it was very good. Fries are always good. I get the strawberry lemonade.
Very good food and friendly staff
We went there Saturday very busy but when we got our food there was a huge hair in my salad. Then we never got drink refills either. Plus the tables and booths were really dirty.
We went there last night for my birthday. The restaurant was slammed and it took us an hour and a half to get our food (got there at 9pm). This would have been concerning except we had a wonderful server (shout out to JJ). He was completely apologetic and explained it was an unusual night in the restaurant. In the end we got our whole meal comped. Which was good because once we got home with our food it wasn’t correct, but my 5 star rating is 100% for JJ.
