the fish and chips were tough!! and chewy. the fries were soggy. service was really slow and they couldn't keep everyones orders straight with the additional fry baskets. really sad.
Visited the Greenfield WI location. When my wings were served they were cold. When they brought out a new order they were the same order only reheated in the microwave they replaced the wing which I had taken a bite out but did not replace the wing I had bitten into. When our orders were served the fries were under cooked and cold. When I spoke with the manager all she did was apologize and asked my what I wanted her to do. Clueless Never eat here again

I've been here several times with my family. This experience really hit me especially was that my waitress was on point. She wanted to take a cigarette break so before she went she checked in with my table to make sure our needs were good. That's service!
I would definitely recommend Red Robin. The food was great, the service was prompt & our server Lori was very professional & attentive.
I'm here right now, and I thought everything was going to be good since I got seated right away, but from that point on the service sucked! The waitresses took someone else order that came in after us first. Then she took forever to get to us. The store manager walked around greeted several other patron's and walked right passed us when she got to our table.
